We offer a speedy in-house packing and shipping service for buyers in the UK and worldwide.

Once your auction invoice has been paid, you can request a shipping quotation directly from us. We carefully pack your purchases in-house and arrange dispatch using our principal courier partner, DPD, or another suitable service where appropriate.
UK Mainland Shipping Rates
- Up to 5kg — £16
- Up to 10kg — £21
- Up to 15kg — £26
- Up to 20kg — £35
- Up to 25kg — £42
The weight shown in each Lot description is provided as a guide to help you estimate likely shipping costs before bidding.
Please note that this is the Lot weight only and does not include the final packaging materials.
Larger or Difficult-to-Pack Items
Some items require additional packing materials, larger cartons or extra handling.
Where this is likely, a shipping surcharge may be stated in the Lot description.
Very large, heavy, fragile or bulky items may not be suitable for our normal shipping service. Where possible, this will be clearly stated in the catalogue.
For particularly delicate items, we may recommend collection rather than shipping.
Worldwide Shipping
We regularly ship purchases to buyers around the world.
International consignments can take a little longer to prepare while we identify a suitable combination of price, delivery time and service.
DPD is our principal international courier, although we may use an alternative service where this provides a better option.
Any local import duties, customs charges or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Insurance
Parcels are insured against loss in transit up to the hammer value of the goods being shipped, subject to a maximum cover of £1,000.
Insurance does not include Buyer’s Premium or other auction charges.
Please note that our standard shipping insurance covers loss of the parcel, not accidental breakage.
If your parcel has not arrived within 7 days, you MUST contact us immediately, so that we can flag this with the courier, notifications after this date are NOT covered by the couriers insurance.
How Shipping Works
1. Pay your auction invoice
Shipping quotations are prepared once your purchased lots have been paid for.
2. Request a shipping quotation
Follow the shipping link in your post-auction email.
3. We calculate the packed shipment
We assess the lots, packaging required, final weight and destination.
4. Pay the shipping invoice
Once accepted and paid, your order joins our packing queue.
5. We pack and dispatch your purchases
Your lots are carefully packed in-house and handed to the courier.
6. Track your delivery
Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing the courier tracking details.
Prefer to Collect?
You are always welcome to collect your purchases from our auction house in Horsham, West Sussex.
You may also arrange for your own courier to collect on your behalf.
