We visit you if you have more than 10 items to be valued. If you have fewer than 10 items, then we can arrange a video call, email with photographs and list. You are also welcome to visit us by appointment.

Once we have seen your items, we will be able to email you our initial valuation.  If you wish to put those items in our auction, we will arrange collection of them, and they will be categorised, stored securely and added to our auction catalogue.

You are able to withdraw items from sale up to 24hours prior to the auction date.

What happens when your items sell?  We will send payment to you 14 days upon receipt of the buyers payment, less the £3 inc. vat lot fee. So nothing to pay up front.

What happens if your items don’t sell?  You can decide whether you wish to re enter them into our next auction, or you are welcome to collect by appointment. No sale – no fee.
